Nathan McCallum is a poet and author who grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended the Ohio State University. He was introduced to poetry in his senior year of high school by a teacher, and has since released five books that showcase his unique style and talent. His first book, "The Universe He Carried," was released in December 2018 and served as a means for him to overcome the pain of a failed relationship. Two years later, in July 2020, he released his second book, "Heartbreak & Healing," which explores the theme of finding love again after a broken heart. In his third book, "Half a Life / Half a Lie," McCallum delves into his childhood, growing up, falling out of love, and finding his place in life. His fourth book, "Losing Grip," released just three months after "Half a Life / Half a Lie," tackles the theme of depression and almost losing his grip on life, as well as letting go of a love that lasted three years. His most recent book, "Symbiosis of Heart & Soul," released in June 2023, is a powerful collection of poems that takes readers through a year and a half of experiences, focusing on healing his heart and maturing as a person. Through his work, McCallum continues to inspire and touch the hearts of his readers, showcasing his immense talent as a poet and his ability to capture the complexities of the human experience.
