Hi my name is Richie Collins and I am a native New Orleanian, and in 2004 we purchased a $250000 home that Hurricane Katrina wrecked. In 2007 Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a company we had never heard of, nor did any business began foreclosing on our home. It is now 2012 & I have by the GRACE OF GOD; been able to keep my property from "Deutsche Bank the Foreclosure King!" I know their 5 open secrets. You see these mortgage companies securitized our mortgage loans and sold them as a bond and they DID NOT TRANSFER OUR ACTUAL MORTGAGE /TRUST-DEED NOTES INTO THE TRUST BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE and they also didn't RECORD THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF EACH MORTGAGE EACH TIME THEY TRANSFERRED THEM, according to the real estate property laws of this land. So I coin this phrase, "He who holds the NOTE may foreclose, but he who has no note has no STANDING!" The law is on the side of the homeowner. Carpenter v. Longan, a legal precedent that still stands to this day! Our legal defense
