I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a retired ESL instructor for our local community college. I have also been battling Parkinson's Disease for nearly 30 years. My progression is very slow, which I am grateful for. My goal is to inspire people and help them to see that there is life beyond this devastating diagnosis. It is difficult, but it is all that we have. My journey with Parkinson's turned into a real journey of faith which brought about spiritual healing for me. It's not always about the physical state of things, but the spiritual as well.
