The International Paruresis Association (IPA) was founded in 1996 to raise public awareness about paruresis, provide support, and give out the latest information. The International Paruresis Association is a non-profit organization under the terms of the US Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). As such an organization, contributions to IPA are tax-deductible. Our Mission: To cure Paruresis (shy bladder) and improve the lives of all people affected. Our Vision: A Paruresis-free world. Until then, people with shy bladder will live life to the fullest.
