Dr. Sarah J. Smalley has been a Floridian for most of her life, having moved to Tampa, FL, at an early age. After completing highschool in only three years while maintaining a National Honor Roll status, she was the youngest member of her graduating class. Dr. Smalley is an honors graduate of the University of South Florida where she received her first B.S. degree in Biology, and a second B.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Smalley graduated with high honors from Ross University School of Medicine in 2008, where she then served as an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine. She went on to complete the Internal Medicine Residency program at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL, in 2011. Dr. Smalley currently resides in Tampa, FL, where she enjoys practicing Hospitalist Medicine. Dr. Smalley is married to Dr. Matthew L. Wittenrich, a marine fish research scientist at the University of Florida. They are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter, Allyson.
