Michael was raised in a Judeo-Christian household, where he followed in parents footsteps until 30 years of age. In 2007 he had a Divine experience that shattered his core beliefs. Seeking answers from churches and seminaries, Michael found himself exiled for ‘asking dangerous questions’. Disillusioned with the religious establishment he went searching for answers on his own to the questions he had been too scared to ask. He studied several religions, including Islam in 2012 in Saudi Arabia as well as Israeli philosophy in 2017. In time his political and religious understanding of God and the World would do a full 180 shift. In 2018 he ran for congress, but was rejected by the democrat establishment in the primaries because his views were too unconventional. Rejecting political correctness, his books represent a refreshingly candid challenge the fundamental established pillars of Judeo-Christian society, specifically Christianity, Judaism, and the political system.
