Jack the Lizard (writer and illustrator) Graduated from Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan. After working for nonprofit organisation as a writer, immigrated to Canada. Although painting skill was totally self-taught, held group and solo shows at galleries in Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto, Canada and New York City and San Diego, U.S. In addition that from 2000 to 2004 had research projects on the Italian Renaissance and Romanesque Art in Italy and France. In 2004 back to Japan and created and running the website about Biodiversity, called Jack the Lizard Wonder World in which illustrations and photos are frequently used for better understanding about animals and their surrounding environments. This Book The Grezzly Seasons was awarded the Contest for Illustrated books worthy to read worldwide 2010 by e-Bookland Inc.
