Recipes from a Maple Queen

Over 100 recipes all containing Maple! Cooking and baking is more than a hobby for me, it is my passion. One ingredient that can transform a recipe is maple syrup. Its distinct flavor adds a new taste to any dish, and there’s nothing like the flavor of Vermont pure maple syrup. Not only do Vermont maple trees provide an abundance of sap in the spring for making into maple syrup, but they also reward us with gorgeous color in the fall. This book is my way of sharing a little bit of Vermont and the many different ways maple syrup can be used in cooking.
