Heisey Table Glassware Price List No. 205

A. H. Heisey & Co. (1896-1957) was an innovator and leader in the glassmaking industry. In addition to introducing hundreds of new designs in glassware and numerous improvements to the glass production process, Heisey also pioneered new ways to market glassware. Heisey price lists were periodically issued by the company to enable glassware buyers to order their products for retail sale. The lists provide detailed information about the available items in each pattern line, including pattern number, size, description, colors, decorations, wholesale pricing and detailed ordering instructions. Price List No. 205 was issued in June 1919. It contains listings and illustrations for a large variety of items. Twenty-five pattern lines and fifteen stemware lines are featured such as Banded Flute, Peerless, Puritan, Pinwheel & Fan, Flat Panel, Medium Flat Panel, Narrow Flute, Touraine, Plain Panel Recess, Cross-Lined Flute, Recessed Panel, Revere and Yeoman. A listing of Design Patents covering these patterns is also included.
