Acts: History and Theology

A book of 164 pages. An author does not write a book without a purpose in mind. If he did, the book would not be worth the reading. The same premise holds true for this writing. There is a definite threefold objective here: 1) To present an easily understood history of the events found in Acts for the benefit of the average layman; 2) to provide a moderate amount of background detail on the events and persons written about in Acts; and 3) to give an insightful and meaningful commentary on Acts as this study progresses.
