yOUR journey: an anthology and diary, is an interactive journal that inspires women of all ages to recognize their strength, courage, and wisdom. As females we are often given mixed messages, if any, of what it means to be a strong woman. The stories shared within yOUR journey, are pieces of wisdom from women who have made a conscious effort to become their version of a strong woman. The dispersed nature of the entries allows space for you, the journalist, to begin or continue to explore your journey to becoming a stronger woman. As you write, remember that you are not alone; countless women before you have had this journey as will countless women after you.
