Nicosia Romper Knitting Pattern

Make a unique looking newborn romper using this knitting pattern! The pattern comes in newborn size only. It is meant to fit the baby for the first two weeks. It makes a great coming home from the hospital outfit, and it also is the size that is preferred by newborn photographers. You will need: DK or Worsted yarn (up to 50 grams), knitting needles for the bib part (knit flat) and for the shorties part (knit in the round – double pointed needles or circular needle if you are doing magic loop) to obtain the gauge (this pattern's gauge is 20 sts in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch), one stitch marker, three stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle to graft the crotch gusset and to weave in the yarn ends.
