Bar Snack

Fantasies do come true. That naughty notion that tickles the mind when home is far far away. Maybe it is sitting next to that delicious scented stranger on an airplane. Maybe it was the brunette who brushed past. The way her pantsuit hugs her body, shows her curves. Perhaps the brush was intentional, meant as a conversation starter. The mind wonders if a flirty conversation might lead somewhere, sometime. Maybe it’s that late night drink in the hotel bar. It begins as lonely drink, or a drink all alone. The empty stool adjacent becomes filled without invitation. The energy changes. The senses become more aroused. Aware. She takes another sip of her drink. Her drink was placed back on the bar. An exposed olive becomes pinched between two fingers. She slides the olive between her lips. I raised my own glass in toast and took a long pull. The next thing I felt were her two hands placed on my thighs.
