In paralleled paths we follow Abe and Bron who both have ADHD but are on different levels of awareness. Bron knows about his ADHD and has adapted to using effective coping mechanisms that help him navigate his daily life. On the other hand Abe struggles with his ADHD unknowingly. His days are filled with frustration, impulsivity, and a sense of being misunderstood. When their paths cross, a single act of empathy allows Bron to uncover the underlying issues Abe faces. While managing ADHD alone is challenging, a strong support system and thorough understanding of your circumstances can make all the difference in overcoming these difficulties.
