Break Every Chain is a deeply personal memoir about my journey through suicidal thoughts, emotional isolation, and the weight of believing I was alone in my own mind. Written from a place of reflection, it tells the honest story of what it felt like to struggle silently while appearing “fine” on the outside. At its core, this book is also a testimony of faith—how Jesus met me in my lowest moment and began to bring healing, hope, and purpose where I thought there was none. It is a story of survival, but more importantly, a story of transformation, reminding readers that even in the darkest places, God is still present and chains do not get the final word
