Egypt - Crusing up the Nile

My three granddaughters and I cruised up the Nile on the Royal Lily watching the bibical scene unfold on the river banks. We saw white-clad farmers pushing a single-bladed plow behind a water buffalo, women taking produce to market on the back of their donkey and workmen cutting sugar cane by hand. We toured the pyramids in Cairo and Ramsus II's temple in Abu Simbel.
