Leaning Oaks

In 1958 Ruel Virginia was for the most part very similar to all small towns across America. Young men coming home from the war to Family and Sweethearts. Now they will start making repairs on homes and buildings that have gone unattended while they were gone. Being home and a simpler way of life helps them to have some normality back in their lives. With Oren working to bring the old mountain house back to life and his daily journal of all the things he sees and hears has helped him feel more at home again. Of course the young ladies have helped too.
