“Who you were before is still there, Harry. He just needs to learn how to healthily exist after.” Harry Byrne wasn’t exactly excited to start his new life in New York with his father and step-mother. He hadn’t spent much time there growing up, and he was determined not to enjoy the time between moving in and turning eighteen. Unfortunately, the reason why he was forced into moving was refusing to stay silent and no matter how hard he tried, the past was screaming to be heard. The thing about trauma was that it begged to be confronted.
