Equity Action Kit

The Equity Action Kit: Change Thru Action! provides activities and resources for students and groups to extend the impact of what they’ve learned and experienced in Due Process: Justice by Youth, for Youth. The Equity Action Kit offers fun, interactive, and informative ways for students to raise awareness about LGBTQ and other social justice issues, and to take action to change their school. Equity Action can be as simple as standing up for others as an ally, or as complex as starting a campaign at your school. The point is, you can advocate to create change by addressing institutional inequities at your school or in your district. Youth-led organizing around social justice issues tied to race, class, sexual orientation, and gender identity/expression can have a significant and meaningful impact on safety at your school.
