A short collection of works from new author Andrew Horton, including a short story, poetry, a rant, and a shabby summary, this book compiles most of the Author’s work from the first half of 2025.
The first work, titled “An Unexpected Friend”, is a science fiction short story about a girl who’s curiosity led her to find and seemingly break one of her father’s inventions.
The second work, titled “My Grandparents’ House”, is a blank verse poem about where the author has the most memories, and what it was like having to be away from it for so long.
The third work, titled “I want to sleep”, is a funny little poem about how the author doesn’t want to write it.
The fourth work, titled “Something about Andrew Horton”, is an acrostic poem that explains how boring the author’s life can be.
The fifth work, titled “My Autism/Adhd Struggles”, is a rant about the author’s experience of Autism/Adhd, how it impedes his life, and why he hates having it.
The last work, titled “A recap of Iron man 1 from memory”, is exactly what the title says it is, but it’s purposefully written unprofessionally, as to add to the “scuff”.
