In Trouble At Grangedale

At an exclusive yet traditional all girl’s school where discipline revolves around severe corporal punishment, an outstanding pupil is falsely accused of starting a fight. Angela Wilson, although gifted is something of an outsider since she attends on the basis of scholarship funding whereas the vast majority of pupils come from families of wealth. She must decide whether her love for the school and respect for its headmistress are sufficient to overcome her fear and humiliation of a severe caning, unaware that there are forces behind the scene working both for and against her. The story is a fascinating account of strict schoolgirl discipline and how unintended consequences can bring about a mature awakening of a woman, love and even sweet revenge.
