“Fantas Morphia” presents a selection of art works by Agata and Anka Krzyzanowski - young avant-garde artists, auteur filmmakers, and experimental photographers. Inspired by surrealism, absurdism, nihilism, and individualistic yearn for self-expression, they create disturbingly bizarre worlds full of intense darkness and colourful anarchy.
Their art alludes to abstract expressionism, theater of cruelty, and existentialism, while exposing the outsiders’ inner underground filled with fantastic strangeness and nightmarish reality.
Both sisters are also macabre writers of hallucinatory poetry which has been published under the title “Homines Nocturna“. They are award-winning creators of innovative music videos and short movies. Their latest project is “Woland’s Apocalypse” - a full-length feature film shrouded by phantasmal imagery and delirious prophecies of philosophical annihilation.
All prints are available for sale through the artists’ website: www.macabre-pariah.com
