Black Beauty

Black Beauty tells us the story of his life. Born on an English farm he is well trained and wisely taught by the farmer and his mother. Black Beauty has a full and difficult life as he moves from the farm to the life of a cab horse in London. Along the way he meets many friends. This story tells of the kindness and cruelty of people towards animals and along the ways teaches many lessons. When the journey ends Black Beauty arrives at his final home to stand under the apple trees with friends.
