An Ethiopian Odyssey

This is a 25,000 mile odyssey to find nine former classmates from Nazareth School in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, whom I'd last seen in July 1964. It was inspired by a dream in April 2000, when I dreamt I was back in the foothills of Addis Ababa with an Ethiopian couple, friends of mine. We were talking about poverty and drought and then, mid conversation, I bent down tofeel the dry topsoil. I then knew, beyond all doubt, that I was there to help provide water for the very poor. Half of the royalties are going to charity, the majority to WaterAid in Ethiopia, to provide permanent clean water and sanitation in rural and urban areas.
