One town. Two weeks. Bill and his friends just want to have a good summer, but a character who is a local myth has other ideas. What will become of the teenagers as the residents of Kirkbrigg start falling under the hypnotic powers of this charismatic spectre? And will anyone believe the only man to have come face to face with this myth and barely made it out alive, especially a man who has spent time in the town's psychiatric hospital, Icarus Nursing Home?
