The Scottish subscriptions for the Panama Canal as conceived then--which failed but later was actualized by offsprings in America--or Autonomous Computers making trade decisions by algorithm which Secretary Brady first explained represent innovations that must be refined. All the while exchanges like the famous in New York respond and require trusted standards and open books to habituate public ethics by daily transactions that also shun hording or cornering.
