This paper describes the project that a workgroup composed of graduate students from the Interwork Institute developed to assist a small nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization, RESTORE, which is a privately-run halfway house for dually diagnosed clients, is going through a transition period as it attempts to become a larger facility.
