Church Staff Development

It is my personal observation that for us in “smaller churches”, many people don't leave because of offense, they simply get bored. Many times the things that we lack and finances etc. can be compensated by us training staff members to carry out specific portions of ministry such as: Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, and children’s Church. The first thing that would come to our minds would be to say, "I don’t have anyone anointed for that particular area of ministry." Many times these are only excuses that we as preachers use. If you have any members at all, you have someone that can handle and be used to meet the current need, only if you are willing to train them.
