About Arlene Peters

I am formerly from Zimbabwe, a national champion in tennis and field hockey with a childhood dream to be a professional tennis player. First step: A tennis scholarship to universities in the USA. Life held different plans for me though – none of which I would trade! With my love for fitness, and degrees in Psychology and Exercise and Sports Science, I have invaluable and varied career experience in the fitness industry: fitness coaching business owner, director of a non-profit paralysis recovery center, sports coach, exercise physiologist, wellness coordinator, university lecturer, physical therapy aide, private gym manager, and manager of a GNC health & fitness store. All of that love, education and experience in fitness didn’t sway me from abandoning a fit lifestyle, and suffering the devastating effects of self-neglect. That lifestyle is not for me anymore. I aspire to be the epitome of fitness. You can too! I will inspire, educate and guide you no matter your fitness ability.
