The Problem of Thor Bridge

The American Neil Gibson, the famous gold king, who lives in England, visits Sherlock Holmes because his wife was murdered with a revolver at his estate, on Thor's Bridge. The evidence points to the governess, who was with her that night on Thor's Bridge. However, Mr. Neil Gibson, who is attracted to the beautiful governess, is sure she's innocent, but he cannot reveal all the secrets between them. Sherlock Holmes is about to refuse the case because he knows this man is a liar. Although he decides to accept it and sees that things are not as obvious as they seem... So, who murdered Mrs. Gibson? And why was false evidence planted against the governess?
