A vegetarian might be someone who does not eat meat or use meat products because of culture, religion and sometimes for health reasons. There are different types of vegetarians. Back in the day: no one classified vegetarians much. If one stopped eating pork, and beef and all red meat and only consumed fish and poultry, people still thought this food lifestyle was vegetarian. The basics of this article is to talk about teen vegetarianism,and give enough facts to help teens make the best life style choices. How one eats is considered a life style because food and drink sustains life. The goal is for youth to understand the relationship of food to life, and how taking in the right nourishment bears a relationship to growing up healthily and strong. Nutrition is a science! Nutrition is something to be serious about because it involves the process of getting in the right food required for health and growth. My wish is for youth to Be Healthy! Teens do Grow up and be great and strong!
