Ten Short Stories

Ten Short Stories is the first collection of short stories by award-winning Japanese author Atsushi Umezu. As the title suggests, it contains ten short stories selected from those written by Atsushi Umezu since 2001. This collection of short stories is packed with the essence of Atsushi Umezu, who continues to explore a variety of genres, including romance novels, science fiction, and fairy tales. In particular, his two short stories, My Dream Girl, Me, and Hime and A Trip for Two, were highly praised by the Saitama Prefecture Board of Education in Japan and published. Atsushi Umezu won the Tokyo Publishing Award in 2006, received his PhD in Linguistics in 2012, and currently teaches English at universities and vocational schools.
