A tornado hits Crescent City and upsets the local statue of the Founding Father. Eric finds a skeleton in the base. The skeletons widow has been put into a nursing home against her will. He son wants everything she owns so he pays to keep her in there. Malcolm, Cindy and Rene save the women and try to find her late husbands killer.
