Monsters, Moods & Me

For my final year project, I created a children’s activity book designed to support emotional health and well-being. The brief I set myself was to explore how young people understand and express their emotions. I wanted to design something meaningful, fun and helpful… so I created Monsters, Moods & ME. This book is full of creative activities that encourage young people to explore their feelings in a safe and expressive way. It’s all about building emotional awareness and giving little minds the tools to grow stronger.
