A Canadian crime story based on facts.
A story of a Canadian Mounted Police Special Unit agent Jerry Scott, who was given an assignment in a small town in Ontario called Midland.
This began as more or less a routine investigation into possible insurance fraud by certain employers in the area. However during his enquiries he encounters, exploitation of workers, corruption and the murder of at least one worker.
The investigation then leads him into International Arms and Drug deals, the contraband being flown into Canada by an organised crime syndicate operating out of Montreal. The organisation had strong connections with the Irish Republican Army and the Ulster defence Force.
Story two takes him to the town of Hawick in the Borders of Scotland, to arrest a wanted murderer and suspected paedophile. This assignment turns his world around.
