Earth,Moon,Mars or beyond?: The debate

This book is a contribution to the ongoing debate as to what next frontiers humans must tackle in terms of exploration. Some feel, we should return to the moon and set up base while others strongly feel the moon must be by passed in preferance for Mars which holds more promise. There is still a group that feels humans should remain with the Earth's orbit and mass resources with a view to correct things. There is however an increasing number of people calling for a total abandonment of this whole space enterprise in prefernce for serving and saving mankind afflicted all over the planet. Which way should we go? This book gives a basic background to this debate as well as stimulates further debate on this grand subject. What is your take?
