To each generation traditions are passed on and preserved through the food we eat. As a culture Americans have moved away from working together in the kitchen for the sake of convenience, but in doing so have lost many of the ties that bind us as families and a society. We have sought in this family recipe book to remind ourselves and others what is ultimately most important.
