Brandi N. Rainey also known as Lyrikal, is a 36 year old is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She is a single mother whose two daughters are the light of her life. The first time she picked up a pen to write, she fell in love at first stroke. She feels as if she has to write to breathe.
Brandi's works have been featured in various online poetry communities, and she has had short stories published in the Chicken Soup brand of anthologies. Having published a collection of her poetry which she affectionately calls her poetic autobiography, Brandi is now working on her debut novel, to be published by May, 2011.
