There are a few individuals who see each other on a daily basis but don't recognize each other. In a city of more than a thousand inhabitants, it is hard for two complete strangers to learn more about each other. Everyone's sense of safety measure is too strong, every city individual is different, no person will wish to be close friends with a person that does not understand a bit regarding the various other person.
