A supervisor, whose employees are victims of her sadistic perversions, drives one of them to their death. Her supervisor and the Shop Steward threaten dire consequences if she refuses to reform herself but neither they nor the staff have any faith in her compliance. Then a new employee transfers in who thwarts every attempt on her part to break his spirit.
