Sporting Experiences and Other Stories

The first story, a controversial topic, dreams. There are so many different thoughts and opinions on dreams. The story "Dreams" explains some of the different views on dreams. I also will talk about some of the dreams I've had as well as some of my friends and family's dreams that they have experienced. From reading this, you will see that everyone has crazy dreams and you shouldn't be embarrassed about the ones you have. The second story, "Regional Champions", will talk about the Valpo Girls Soccer team won Regionals my freshman year. I will go into detail about how I got pulled up from JV for postseason, to actually playing in a game, and the overall experience I had as a freshman. You will learn from reading this that you should enjoy and take advantage of all of the opportunities you get because it could change your life for the better. The third story is called " Soccer vs. Softball" where I go into my lifetime debate of which one I like better. I talk about how I started to play each sport and the experiences I gained from each of them. The last entry in my book is called "This Woman Is My Mom". I talk about how my mom does everything in her power to keep a working household. She cleans the dishes, does the laundry, and continues to come home and put on a smile for us after a long day at work. You will learn that you need to appreciate everything that your parents do for you and not take them for granted.
