Well I Exploded

This book tells the moment all of my trauma and heartbreak exploded onto pages in my notes app and Google Docs. I decided to publish this book so survivors knew they were not alone and that they are seen and heard. This book walks you slightly through my heartbreaks, abuse story, the aftermath these events had on my mental health, and then the start of my healing journey. This book isn't perfect but imperfections of my life make me who I am and I couldn't be more proud.
