Journey Into The 3rd Eye is a collection of poetry that offers sound advice, mentally takes the reader on an adventure of various dreamscapes, nightmares that will shock and terrify, soapbox pontifications reminiscent of Huey Freeman of “The Boondocks” comics series, and sonnets that will inspire. Described by authorities of the University of Virginia, “Byron’s style is metropolitan with a touch of gothic darkness; intelligent and twisted.”
Byron Brooks originally wrote Journey Into The 3rd Eye in 1994-1997 to honor one of his favorite writers, Michel De Nostradam. His next work, A New Tomorrow, is in progress.
