On April 25th, 2002, Australians stopped work to honour the soldiers who had fought for their country. It was ANZAC Day and, by nightfall, a bonfire of urban vanities would have been lit, leaving those who survived the day wondering whether it was a day to remember ... or one they would rather forget.
