The man spends his entirety in what appears as the cell of a small, dark asylum. From this vantage point, the man swims through the murky waters which compose his blackened soul. The ‘audience’ is welcomed by the man to enter with him into his ‘liquid dreams’. A chorus of angels stands on a half circled, triple tiered platform, partially facing the man. At times, they surround him with their presence. The majority of the ‘action’ takes place in his ‘mind’s eye’. This is where the man displays his thoughts and dreams for the ‘audience’ to witness. A small red light glows underneath his feet representing the evil ‘serpent’ as well as the evil which grows slowly inside his heart. A bright white light shining through his window represents the chorus of angels as well as the ‘dove’, or the divine. A blue light surrounds the man as he tells his tale. And, in the end, all light mixes together into one and the light fades slowly to black... dahdgummit!!
