How it ends
a play by Caridad Svich
In this interactive performance piece, how the world ends depends entirely on the audience.
Reflecting real-world anxieties about broken systems, climate crises and institutional decay, this piece is co-created live through improvisation, voting and conversational prompts. The final fate of the world shifts with each audience. The piece was presented at the 2024 Worlds in Play conference and was part of New York Stage and Film's 2025 Winter Season.
