New Studies on the Left is a journal of socialist theory and practice. It is the successor to Dialogue and Initiative, published by the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism: 2012-2022. As a journal of left unity, it will feature a variety of viewpoints and debates. Authors in this issue include John Ainslie, C.J.
