The Hothouse Conspiracy

The forecast calls for murder. Having exposed the CEO’s conspiracy, Evelyn and Leo are now outcasts, working off-grid as independent fixers inside the dome. The city is in turmoil, and a power vacuum is forming. Their current job: investigating a series of disappearances in the "Hothouse District"—the agricultural sector of the dome—where workers are vanishing without a trace. The official story is that the workers are escaping the dome for the toxic world outside. But Evelyn finds a secret diary hidden in the soil, detailing forced experimental crops designed to rapidly deplete the local air supply. Evelyn and Leo discover a plot by the original corporation to destabilize the food supply and justify a military takeover. Their romance deepens as they must not only survive a killer hiding in the crops, but also protect the witnesses being held captive in the Hothouse, proving their sanctuary is anything but safe.
