So you ask: “Why Facial Exercises?”
Why not facial exercises? Why do many of us exercise our whole body from the shoulders down? We do it to keep in shape, to tighten our muscles and to keep us looking good. It keeps us feeling strong and confidant and helps us stay healthy.
The same applies to our facial and neck muscles which most people neglect until they see drooping eyes and eyebrows, sagging cheek muscles, pouches under their jaws and creepy necks. It is called flab just like the rest of our bodies.
The author believes that the muscles in our face and neck can be exercised just like the rest of our body and by doing so we can maintain a strong, taut and healthy looking face.
This booklet takes you step by step through a series of facial exercises designed to bring out a healthier, more vibrant looking you and effectively avoid the need for costly plastic surgery.
