Collected Short Stories

A selection of magical and dystopian short stories by Catherine Digman. Inspired by folklore, mythology and real life. Catherine Digman is an Anglo-Irish Painter and Writer. Born in 1983, she studied at Simon Langton Girls’ School in Canterbury, and The University of The Arts London. After graduating she worked for a few years as a commercial graphic designer, producing drawings for clients such as TopShop, AllSaints Clothing and River Island. In her late twenties, she returned to making personal artworks. Most of her work is based on mythology and folklore, and is heavily influenced by Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell. She also works as a fiction and non-fiction writer, and had published and performed a number of pieces. Over the course of her life she has worked as a carer and tutor to people with Autism, and is currently donating some of the proceeds from her sales to the Kent Autistic Trust.
